The main scope of our work is adaptive reuse and refurbishment architecture. In light of the current reality of degraded housing and urban decline, we like to revitalize spaces devoid of meaning, which no longer adapt to the needs and routines of our daily lives.

We try to breathe new life into these spaces through simple on-site solutions, with contacts to local suppliers and workers, and we endeavour to find solutions using sustainable, long-lasting materials that reflect the image of those who come to us.

We believe that effective organisation is the cornerstone of a successful construction project and our projects seek to simplify the communication process between the client and the builder.

With the interior design project, we define all the fixtures, finishes and fittings for the project. We work on projects with building permit and also in partnership with other studios to develop execution projects.

We collaborate with other architecture studios on execution projects, providing flexible and integrated support while prioritizing confidentiality and delivering technical and creative solutions tailored to each stage.
